Welcome to Mindfully Messy Life
I’m so happy you found your way to Mindfully Messy Life.
Mindfully Messy Life is a space for people who are curious about themselves, others, and the world around them. A place for reflection, connection, and learning without the pressure to have everything figured out.
Life can be meaningful and messy at the same time. We can care about personal growth while still struggling with everyday things. We can create routines and break them again. We can learn, change, and start over.
This space is about embracing all of those parts.

A little about me
I’m Toni, originally from Germany and now living in New Zealand.
My background is in occupational therapy, where I worked with children with ADHD, autism, and their families. Supporting people has always been a big part of my life, and I created this space because I believe connection and understanding can make a real difference.
